250 gm butter
1 cup castor sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 cups plain flour
1/2 cup self raising flour
1/2 cup corn flour
Almonds (bakar sikit)
Cooking chocolate (melted in microwave)
Small cookie cups
Candy sprinkles or diced almonds
1. Beat sugar and butter in an electric mixer.
2. Add egg and vanilla essence.
3. Sift the flours and add into the mixture.
4. Mix using hands.
5. Preheat oven at 180C for 10 minutes.
6. Take a small amount, flat it and put an almond. Make into oblong shape.
7. Bake at 180C.
8. Let them cool first, then dip one by one into cooking chocolate.
9. Sprinkles the candy (or diced almonds).
10. Put in a cup and let it cool in fridge (or at room temperature).
